1:00 PM
Who's as excited for spring as I am? This is Part 2 of my "Get Ready for Spring" blog series. Today, I'm going to be sharing with you my top 5 jackets for spring. If you live in the Midwest then you know exactly how exciting it is when you finally get 50 degree weather.
1. Ann Taylor Relaxed Trench (Cork) - $228
I recently purchased this trench coat and have fallen madly in love with it. A relaxed yet refined trench coat that delivers a perfectly pulled-together look. It's a good-quality jacket and thick enough for those days that are still a little chilly out. The great thing about Ann Taylor is that carry petite sizes including XS and XXS. You definitely want a nicely fitted trench coat instead of an oversized mess! I love how perfectly tailored this jacket is and how classy it looks.
2. ZARA Long Cotton Trenchcoat (Ice) - $169
This trench coat has a straight cut with a classic shirt collar and long sleeves. It also has double breasted closure with press studs including a belt. I love how this trench coat is white - the color is just so refreshing and clean! Straight cut jackets can look boxy and oversized, but the addition of the belt helps add curves to the jacket.
3. H&M Cotton-blend Coat - $59.95

This is the perfect lady-like jacket great for any special occasion and extremely work-appropriate. I love the two contrasting textures and the zipper details in the front.
4. Forever21 Boxy Woven Moto Jacket - $34.90
This jacket is a perfect twist on the classic moto jacket! Totally loving the zipper details and how casual yet cool it looks - perfect for everyday wear.
5. SoHo to Speak Blush Trench Coat - $80
This jacket is made out of poly woven fabric that is extremely soft! The peachy-blush color is a twist on your classic trench coat. It's lightweight and super easy to layer in the spring. I especially love to do this on days that are still a little chilly out.
What are some of your favorite jackets and outerwear for the springtime?
