As many of you know, I've been really dedicated to changing  my physical health and leading a healthier lifestyle. It's definitely changed me emotionally, physically, and mentally as an individual. Losing weight and staying fit takes a lot of commitment, motivation, and time. Sometimes we struggle with many challenges along the way.
