Losing weight and staying fit takes a lot of commitment, motivation, and time. Sometimes we struggle with many challenges along the way.

Hello everyone!

Just thought I'd update you guys on my "getting healthy" and "fitness" progress since 2 weeks ago. It's been a total of 4 weeks since I started going to the gym on a regular basis (4-5 times a week). This is what I've been doing and it seemed to have helped tone up my muscles especially my core and arms.

I've recently started working out again. I've always been a "health" and "fitness" junkie but always too lazy to really keep any kind of routine going. I was always petite to begin with but never really "fit" or toned. On the other hand I've never really considered myself overweight at any one point or anything. I just remember always feeling really bloated, tired, out of shape, and I would break out due to eating lots of fried/greasy foods.
