If you don't follow me on my other social media sites you probably weren't aware of the fact that I was even pregnant...but I am so proud to announce that Andy and I have welcomed a beautiful baby boy recently! I remember telling Andy how excited I was, but couldn't imagine having a child of my own. Being a first-time mom was definitely exciting, joyful, yet nerve-wrecking at the same time. Now that he is here, I couldn't imagine my life without him! It is so true when you hear other mothers say..."you don't know what love is until you have one of you own." I loved my husband, but the love I had for my son was so amazing, empowering, and yet it gave me a feeling of calm and serene happiness. 

We decided that as parents we were going to be proactive and document these special moments in life. He was just 12 days old in these photos!
