Losing weight and staying fit

I've recently started working out again. I've always been a "health" and "fitness" junkie but always too lazy to really keep any kind of routine going. I was always petite to begin with but never really "fit" or toned. On the other hand I've never really considered myself overweight at any one point or anything. I just remember always feeling really bloated, tired, out of shape, and I would break out due to eating lots of fried/greasy foods.
